Project Updates
We're picking up steam across the board as we head into Q4. Here's a quick overview of where we stand.
Project Hillside
We just ordered the tile and it will be installed this week. My partner on this deal is crushing the timeline. We bought this project in February and all signs point toward an end-of-year completion.
Project Silver Spring
Getting started at Project Silver Spring took a bit longer than expected, but we're off to the races.
Our building permit was issued last week and we've been busy.
We lost Thursday to rain, but we poured concrete on Friday. We're excited to start framing on Monday, October 7th.
Project Oliver & Fairmount
We picked up our Demo permit this past Friday for Project Oliver. This house will be coming down in the next week or two.
Project Fairmount is right on Oliver's heels. We just had the utilities cut and capped and we're waiting for our demo permit to be issued.
Project Baltimore
Work continues down in Philly as we bring this 4-unit building back to life. This project is a massive undertaking. ~10x harder than new construction.
But we persist... Mainly because of its size and location. Very much looking forward to seeing the finished product.
