Dia and I got stuck in an elevator for ~30 minutes this past Friday afternoon.
We were completely safe, but it was one of those moments where you contemplate your mortality for an extended period of time.
Dia's first instinct was to pray.
My first instinct was to text my passwords and final wishes to my oldest and dearest friend.
If you're not ready to die, I encourage you to read my Mamba Mentality post. It's a mini-playbook on getting your affairs in order before you bite the bullet.
On that note... *awkward transition*
Livin' La Vida Luna
Here's Luna creating her very first masterpiece.
I think she's drawing a Sun, but I might be projecting.
This is the 100th week of the SunShakSunday newsletterβΌοΈ
If you're new here: Welcome! ππ½
If you're not: Thank you for joining me on this ride. ππ½
Putting out long-form content on a weekly basis for 2 years straight has been difficult, yet incredibly rewarding.
It's time to take this thing to the next level.
Starting today, I'm publicly committing to creating the next 50 weeks of SunShakSunday in the form of a YouTube video.
Why YouTube?
β‘οΈ Reach more people
β‘οΈ Create more relationships
β‘οΈ Make a bigger impact
Here are my Goals.
β Process Goal: 1 video uploaded to YouTube for the next 50 weeks.
β Results-Oriented Goal: 4,000 hours of watch time and 1,000 subscribers.
Before I share this week's video I want to strawman myself. This is not a self-deprecation exercise. It's simply identifying low-hanging opportunities for immediate improvement.
Here's where I can afford to get better quickly.
π Don't shoot the video directly after hitting the gym
π€ Need better audio
π‘ Need better lighting
π¬ Need better editing
π₯ Need a teleprompter
Ok, without further adieu - here's a link to the first of the next 50 YouTube videos.
Please don't forget to:
