I've been cycling creatine for the past 6 months and it's made a huge difference in the gym.

I've tried taking creatine in powder form before, but it never sat quite right with my stomach.

Thankfully, Create delivers creatine in an easy-to-consume gummy in 4 different delicious flavors.

Wild Week

We spent most of the week in Wildwood, NJ.

But I did manage to get some work done before we left.

Monday

The group chat was lit Monday morning after the stock market crashed on the heels of Japan’s Nikkei 225 index plunged 12.4% for its worst day since “Black Monday” of 1987.

The S&P dropped ~4% in its worst-performing day since 2022. The Nasdaq was down 6% at one point as well.

I'm only mentioning this because it's funny how it felt like the sky was falling when in reality both indexes were still up 10% YTD after the losses they posted on Monday.

It helps to zoom out.

It also didn't take long for the market to rebound. I think Thursday was the best day for the S&P since 2022. Hope you didn't sell.

Tuesday

We went back to the table with the sellers I mentioned in last week's newsletter.

I may or may not have brought a stack of cash with me to get them over the hump.

We're currently in Attorney Review and should be Under Contract in the next few days.

I'll outline this project in a future newsletter, but it won't be for a while. I don't expect to close here until January 2025 at the earliest.

BTW, I can get used to this whole delayed purchase thing. It gives us the time to get our architectural plans and financing in a row without being forced into hasty decisions.

Wednesday

We woke up to Luca blowing through his diaper overnight. Yummy.

We left for Wildwood around noon and about 10 minutes into the drive, he threw up his breakfast and lunch. We changed him and cleaned the car in the Springfield ShopRite parking lot.

Then he threw up again as soon as we settled into our space. Poor kid. Super happy otherwise.

Thursday

It rained Thursday morning so we hit the Aquarium on the boardwalk.

The weather cleared up in the afternoon so we were able to play some games and enjoy some rides on the boardwalk.

I went 0/11 in basketball 😭, but Dia was 7/7 in darts.

Friday

Friday we got some better weather so we visited the Cape May County Zoo

Saturday

I caught whatever Luca had and it sidelined me for the day.

We did, however, manage to watch Team USA beat France for the Gold medal in Olympic Basketball.
