Livin' La Vida Luna

Val'Quirico
Val'Quirico

About 90 minutes outside of CDMX is an amazing little community called, Val'Quirico. It's reminiscent of European cities like Lucerne, Rome, or Modena.

Cobblestone streets are so narrow that you can only get around by walking or cycling. No building is taller than four stories and the first floor on most is either a restaurant or an artisanal shop. There are also a few squares with fountain sculptures or live music as centerpieces.

If you can spare 1 or 2 nights during your next trip to CDMX, highly recommend checking this place out.

Disclaimer: The drive there sucks, but it's worth it.

Real Estate Industry Time Off
Real Estate Industry Time Off

If you're in real estate, you can relate.

Peep that last line, though: 11/21 - 12/31: The Holidays.

If you're a combination of lucky and have an innate ability to crack the whip, you might be able to manage 50% productivity in Q4.

And it's not that real estate professionals aren't willing to work during the latter half of the quarter, it's that more often than not, the people we rely on understandably move with less haste during "The Holidays".

From subcontractors to city officials who stamp permits and inspect buildings, trying to get anything done after November 21st is like pulling teeth.

That's why my singular focus for Q4 is Project Progress.

Here's exactly where we are and what I want to see happen before the clock strikes 2025.
